Three tunnels have been excavated inside the theater, running from the back of the house to the stage, for the new HVAC system. The previous one was not only outdated, but the air return grates were in inconvenient locations on the auditorium floor – literally underfoot in several places. Concrete walls for the air ducts have now been built. Soon enough, the full system will be installed and the new theater floor will be laid on top.
